A lot of companies work with training budgets, whereas we consider the individual.  Apart from working with Appraisals and Personal Development Plans, there are also regular career-oriented conversations; it is always about you, the employee. After all, if you are unhappy in your work you will be unable to perform to potential.

At Brunel we ensure that your knowledge is kept up-to-date through training and courses which sharpen your expertise. We offer the building blocks you need, such as traineeships which allow you to combine theory with practice. You could, moreover, become an expert in MCTS, MCITP system administrator, MCITP enterprise administrator, ITIL Essentials, CCNA, PRINCE 2 foundation, Exchange, SQL Server and PRINCE 2 Practitioner.

Training
Brunel is renowned for its training programmes. We develop our own material and courses that we offer to our employees and our clients. Training usually takes place on an individual basis but also sometimes in groups, but then not on site. We help you develop a range of skills, including Writing Reports, Effective Communication, Time Management, Conflict Management, Result-oriented Advice, Negotiation, Effective Coaching and Leadership.
