Application procedure

Applying to Brunel
If you see a vacancy on our website that matches your ambition, please apply directly. If you do not immediately see a suitable vacancy, please do not hesitate to send us your CV and a covering letter. We are always interested in open applications for future vacancies.
How does the process work?
- Following an initial screening, we will invite you for an introductory interview at one of our offices.
- During the introductory interview we will not only discuss your CV, but also your motivation. If you are interested in a specific vacancy we will go into it in more detail, and if you have sent us an open application, we will discuss which position and/or organisation would suit you best.
- If we both see potential for a vacancy we have discussed, we will introduce you to the client. Depending on the client’s requirements, you may have one or more interviews with them.
- If the interviews are successful we will discuss terms of employment, which will be Brunel’s terms of employment if you are employed by us. If, after a fixed period, the client takes you into their employ, it will be under their terms of employment.
If you work via Brunel we will provide appropriate personal guidance through regular contact during the term of the assignment. This would include interim meetings, appraisals, discussions about career possibilities, and informal get-togethers with other Brunel colleagues.
