Working relationship and form of employment
With Brunel, and within the given margins, you determine the working relationship that best suits you, including the form of employment. We offer the possibility of a temporary contract, a permanent contract (with us or one of our clients, as appropriate), a traineeship, or project-based and freelance contract. You can discuss the possibilities and conditions of these variants with your Account Manager and HR consultant. 

 

Appropriate remuneration
Appropriate remuneration applies to all forms of contracts. At Brunel, terms of employment and benefits include a good salary, a bonus, favourable group health insurance, travel expenses, a good pension plan, training and courses. 

Forms of employment

Project secondment
You carry out a project for one our clients whilst being employed by us. Upon completion of the project, and based on mutual satisfaction and your preference, you go on to another project. In that way Brunel ensures the continuity of projects.

 

Via provisional secondment to a permanent job
You begin as a seconded employee with one of our clients then take up permanent employment with them after a pre-determined period.

 

Interim Assignments on a permanent contract
You work via Brunel on various assignments for one of our clients for a period that could range from three months to over a year. You are in Brunel’s employ and are placed on another project after the interim period. Brunel is responsible for the continuity of projects.  

 

Freelance
We mediate between freelancers with specific specialities and clients and conclude a freelance contract.

Recruitment & Selection: immediate permanent employment
Companies and institutions call us in to find new, permanent employees for key positions within their organisations. We take care of the recruitment and selection process. That means that you find an interesting position via Brunel in the employ of our client.
